With the demands of a world where pressures and expectations are at the forefront of our everyday, it is not surprising that we can push ourselves beyond our limits and lose touch with our sensory selves. This can easily result in a stressed body and mind, potentially manifesting itself in many ways such as tension, headaches, aches & pains, anxieties, a general feeling of un-wellness, which can ultimately affect our overall health and wellbeing.

Hands-on practices such as holistic massage, bodywork and somatic movement enquiry can play a vital role in promoting the body’s self-regulatory processes, helping us to return to a more balanced, centred place and reconnecting us to our sensory selves. These holistic practices can be used to ease and improve a wide variety of conditions such as pain, muscular tension, poor posture, emotional stress, repetitive strain injuries, circulation, instability, stiffness, movement function and wellbeing.
